Technical Skills and Management Expertise

The directors of Tower Power are very hands-on within the company and bring together a unique mix of technical skill and management expertise.

Michael has substantial business management experience gained both within North America and Australasia . Coupled with his many accreditations from SSPC and NACE (CIP and Corrosion Technician) He brings to Tower Power a skill set which is relevant and powerful – his ability to drive activity to ensure contract objectives are safely met.

Michael has successfully developed Tower Power Group since 1999. This business engages in corrosion investigations and inspections, lead abatement and hazardous coatings removal, application of protective coatings in the energized and non-energized zones, training in corrosion mitigation and detection and preparation of safety programs and documents.

Michael has experience working with several large clients including Ontario Hydro, Ontario Power Generation, BC Hydro, SaskPower, CBC, Telus, Bell Canada, Nova Scotia Power Inc, New Brunswick Power Corporation and other utility, broadcast and cellular companies.

Bryan has over twenty years of experience in the preparation and application of protective coatings of energized transmission towers and substations. He has had exposure to different environments, wind speeds, salts and much more throughout his twenty years in this highly specialized field.

Among other relevant accreditation, Bryan is NACE Certified and has a solid background in expanding and managing commercial and industrial painting operations throughout North America and New Zealand. He brings in-depth knowledge of the specialized field of energized tower painting to Tower Power, as well as a proven track record of training and developing sound teams of professional energized tower painters.

Mike leads Tower Power’s Hazardous Coatings and Lead Abatement Division, is SSPC C3 and NACE certified and has over eight years of experience in the preparation and application of protective coatings of transmission towers and substations in the energized zone. He has had exposure to different global environments, hazardous good and lead abatement and much more throughout his eight years in this highly specialized field.

Mike has a solid background in expanding and managing commercial and industrial painting operations throughout Canada, USA and New Zealand. He brings in-depth knowledge of the specialized field of energized tower painting to Tower Power, as well as a proven track record of training and developing work methods and procedures as they relate to lead abatement and hazardous coatings.

Aman has over six years of experience in contractual and business matters concerning the setup and delivery of energized painting contracts within Canada. Aman is responsible for quality management, safety and environmental management. Aman is responsible for all off-site safety training setup, safety reporting to the client and risk management.

Aman has experience working with third parties to obtain credentials and continuously improve the systems at Tower Power. Aman has developed and trained staff on safety reporting using an electronic safety system that communicates important information back to the client in a timely manner.  Aman has a background in global business management, accounting and taxation as well as facilitation.
